On July 9, Song Zhiyong, Administrator of CAAC, met with the delegation from the ICAO Air Navigation Commission in Beijing during their technical visit to China. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on further strengthening cooperation between China's civil aviation industry and ICAO in such areas as international standard-setting and the application of new technologies.

Prior to the meeting, the ICAO Air Navigation Commission delegation visited the CAAC Operations Monitoring Center and an exhibition on the development history of China's civil aviation. CAAC Deputy Administrator Liang Nan participated in the mentioned activities.
