To alter the chief representative or representatives of a representative office, the foreign air transport enterprise shall apply with CAAC for registration alternation. 

(1)  Materials for applying to replace the chief representative or representatives:

a. Original of application letter signed by the legal representative or an authorized signatory;

b. Original or notarized photocopy of letter of attorney signed by the legal representative or an authorized signatory;

c. Registration Form for Representative Office of Foreign Airlines in China filled and signed by the person to be appointed;

d. Photocopy of valid identity document of the person to be appointed;

e. Original of approval certificate on the representative office;

f. Photocopy of business registration certificate from industrial and commercial bureau.

All the documents aboved shall be written in Chinese and sealed with office stamp; and if it is written in any other language, an enclosure of Chinese translation shall be followed.
